Reorganisation of the sections

On June 21, 2007, it was decided to separate documentation and presentations.
The section "Specific documentation" contains only "documentation" and the section "Presentations" only presentations !
Both these sections contain many sub-sections organised by topics (the same topics appear in the sections "documentation" and "presentations". Thus, the sections menu is much longer !
