Tools for SURFEX users or developers are listed here.
Draw is a graphic utility (developed by S. dasprez) allowing to plot :
– map from PGD like ZS parameter ;
– 1d variables from PREP or surfex output.
Netcdf and text files are supported.

To check if "USE MODI_..." are useless in the Surfex code: compile the code go into the directory src/dir_obj-LXgfortran-SURFEX-V7 copy in this directory: verify_use_modi2.sh if necessay, do chmod +x file for this file do ./verify_use_modi2.sh the file ./liste_pb2 contains the list of the (...)

From Surfex v7, the format for the netcdf forcing files changed.
To turn the 2 old forcing files FORCING.nc and PARAMS.nc to FORCING_NEW.nc: download
make_new_forc.sh and
TIME.py
and put these two files in the same directory as FORCING.nc and PARAMS.nc do ./make_new_forc.sh year month day (...)
