Training courses (3 days) are organised usually twice a year:
- in the spring (on-line session)
- in the autumn (on-site session) in Toulouse
They alternate short theoretical courses on the SURFEX components and practical exercises (more than half of the courses)

18 to 20 November 2025. This course is organized by the Centre National de Recherches Meteorologiques and will take place in Toulouse, at the Ecole Nationale de la Meteorologie.
