  The Finland Meteorological Institute will host the 34th European Working Group on Limited-Area Modelling (EWGLAM) and 19th Short Range NWP (SRNWP) meetings, in Helsinki, from Monday 8 to Thursday 11,2012.   The fourth meeting of the Expert Team on surface processes took place one day after the 3rd lake workshop and was kindly hosted at FMI thanks to Laura Rontu and Ekatarina Kurzeneva. Each consortium had at least one representative. This has allowed a rather comprehensive review of the activities among Europe.   The logo of ALADIN (our magic lamp) is available in different forms and sizes (hopefully you could find the one appropriate to your need) : it unlighted the first ALADIN years : small .gif file, very low resolution but the first one ! a bigger picture (in png) but with still reasonable size the big one (in png) a very light logo (17kb) a light logo with a transparent background a white light logo with a transparent background

  On March 27, 2012 (5860 days since its first pre-operational run; 5100 days since its first operational run), ALADIN-France completed its last operational run. Since that day, the ALADIN reference version at Meteo-France is the ALADIN-Réunion model, one of the 4 Overseas ALADIN models operational at Météo-France.
