The messages sent to alabobo2 mailing list are archived since then (October 2015).   The ALADIN and HIRLAM Directors met on 26 of June for their 6th joint meeting. During this video-conference, in preparation for the single ALADIN-LACE-HIRLAM consortium, they adopted the following documents (versions finalized on 1st of July 2020 by the Convergence Working Group according to the GA-C decisions): draft MoU, GA-C version, June 2020 Strategy document, Management document, Selection procedure, Call for applications (4 positions: PM, 3 CSCs Leaders), Roadmap and risk analysis. (…)

• Call for application for the Management Group of the single ALH Consortium positions

  After some 30 years of cooperation, the ALADIN, LACE and HIRLAM Numerical Weather Prediction Consortia have decided to reinforce their collaboration. At the end of 2020, twenty-six European National Meteorological Services will become Members of a new, unified Consortium, under this Memorandum of Understanding – MoU covering the period 2021-2025.   The meetings of the ALADIN and HIRLAM Directors should have taken place in Toulouse, after the EUMETNET & ECOMET Councils. All these meetings have been transformed into video-conferences. • Policy Advisory Committee (PAC) meetings

  Since the 3rd MoU (November 2005), the governance of the ALADIN project is under the responsability of the General Assembly (GA) who designs the Policy Advisory Committee (PAC). The PAC meets before each GA [1] : the Minutes of the PAC meeting are one of the preparatory documents of the GA. See also the PAC’s Terms of reference in annex to MoU4.
