Key Deliverables
The Key deliverables of the RDP will be:
- Publications in high impact factor scientific journals (such as BAMS, QJRMS, Atmospheric Environment, Urban Climate, …). Given the very interdisciplinary aspects of the scientific questions addressed during this RDP, the list of potential journals is very broad. Some very novel aspects are for example expected in high-resolution urban weather forecasting, ensemble nowcasting and NWP, interactions between air quality and urban climate, use of IoT for urban climate studies and forecasting, Transfer to public and actors …
- A common platform for partners to send their urban NWP model outputs visible by forecasters during the Olympics (and optionally the 2023 Rugby World cup)
- Communication to the public on the scientific advances in urban climate and weather, and their societal impact.
