The entry point of the OI soil assimilation is through ASSIM_NATURE_ISBA_OI.
It is activated by setting CASSIM_ISBA="OI" in NAM_ASSIM (default option).

This namelist controls the time interval and the observation/background settings for OI_main (oi_cacsts).
