ECUME from MEMO & MICADO

Contains:

• corrections in ecume_flux.F90

As this contribution is a minor one, it will be included in CNRM_CM6_DEV before to enter SURFEX V8.

The correction will be first tested in a light code running coupling_seafluxn.F90 with several datasets (by the end of December, Cindy Lebeaupin Brossier & Sophie Belamari).

So it can be included in CNRM_CM6_DEV just before merging in V8, in early January.
