New parameter in namelist to chose the cap of iso-PV surfaces
New layout to handle dynamic fields : the variables related to dynamic
post-processing in namelist NAMAFN are now defined as fortran90 derived
types ; the generic variable is named TFP_[field] (see the list
in the complete documentation) with the following variables :
TFP_[field]%CLNAME : Arpege/Aladin field name
TFP_[field]%IBITS : individual number of bits for packing
TFP_[field]%LLGP : kind of representation for the targeted field
: gridpoint (.TRUE.) or spectral (.FALSE.)
