NAME

resetpack - remove all control files managing the compilation within a pack.

SYNOPSIS

resetpack [ -f ] [ pack1 ] [ pack2 ]  ...

DESCRIPTION

resetpack remove all the control files managing the compilation within a single pack or a set of packs. Since gmkpack is supposed to manage the source code in a clever way (ie : check and do not re-make control files if they are up to date, in an attempt to save time), this command could be useful in case of a failure, or to make sure the compilation will restart from scratch.
Arguments are optional and can be a list of packs names (directory) visible from the current directory.
When invoked without argument, the working directory can be any directory inside a pack.

OPTIONS

-f
By default, resetpack asks for confirmation before running. Use this option to force the action without confirmation.

DIAGNOSTICS

This command will not work if the current directory (if invoked without argument) or the targetted packs do not look like the inside of a packs. Then the following message would be displayed :
"The working directory looks neither like the main directory of a pack nor the inside of a pack. No reset."
