 Thèmes de recherche

Mon travail porte principalement sur la Microstructure de la Neige, et consiste en l’étude de la morphologie de la neige et de son évolution à l’échelle des grains de glace qui la constituent. Ce sujet de recherche s’appuie sur des outils expérimentaux et numériques tels la microtomographie, l’analyse d’images et la modélisation numérique.

 Principaux projets

  • 2020-2024 : porteur du projet ANR "MiMESis-3D", ANR-19-CE01-0009.
    Métamorphoses et propriétés de la neige à partir d’images 3D : expérimentation et simulation micro-échelle pour une meilleure compréhension des mécanismes impliqués.
  • 2011-2015 : responsable scientifique du projet ANR "DigitalSnow" pour le CEN, ANR-11-BS02-009, porteur du projet : D. Coeurjolly.
    Géométrie discrète et mathématiques appliquées pour les métamorphoses de neige.
  • 2012-2013 : porteur du projet VOR "Tomo_FL"
    Obtention d’images tomographiques pour l’étude du comportement mécanique des couches fragiles.
  • 2007-2010 : responsable scientifique du projet ANR "Snow-White" pour le CEN, ANR-06-BLAN-0396, porteur du projet : J. Meyssonnier.
    Etude des mécanismes de déformation de la neige par microtomographie et simulation numérique.
