First step towards the new site

First (big) part of the former "gmapdoc" website is now on this "new" SPIP gmapdoc : it is the so-called parts "Documentation/spécifique Arpege/Aladin", "notes de travail" and "procédures diverses"
The "cours & tutoriaux" part is being moved !
