Tutorial periods tookplace early in the afternoon (see the time-table ) ; they were compulsory but the mentionned people (2 teachers for each afternoon) were available for extra help when needed; on-demand added presentations took place these tutorial windows : 22 hours over 8 afternoons (including 6 hours of added presentations).
