The Met Office will host the 32nd European Working Group on Limited-Area Modelling (EWGLAM) and 17th Short Range NWP (SRNWP) meetings. The meetings will be organised according to the guidelines agreed at the 2009 meetings. The programme will review activities in the Consortia and Expert teams. There will be progress reports on the two EUMETNET programmes on Interoperability (SRNWP-I) and Verification (SRNWP-V).

The local organizing committee webpage gives details about :

  • Preliminary Programme
  • Meeting’s Venue, duration and practical arrangements
  • Transport from airport to Met Office or downtown
  • Accommodation
  • Registration form

The ALADIN consortia usually takes advantage of the EWGLAM/SRNWP meetings to have some institutional side-meeting (local team managers and management group mainly). This year, this meeting is all the more important as we will sign a new Memorandum of Understanding in December thus, all LTM and CSSI/ST members should attend the meeting or should be represented on our Friday "LTM+CSSI+ST" meeting, 8:30-12:00.
For non-LACE members, these missions are planned in the so-called ALADIN flat-rate budget.
